چکیده

Introduction: The Sodium-Glucose Cotransporter-2 Inhibitor (SGLT-2 inhibitor) is a diabetic medication. Recently, there has been enough evidence of SGLT-2 inhibitors in type 2 diabetes mellitus, driving an abatement cardiovascular breakdown hospitalization. To explore inhibitor with lower discharge portion, we led orderly survey and meta-examination. Strategies: We played out methodical writing search from various electronic databases. used keywords:” '' “Heart Failure.” Inclusion criteria are randomized placebo-controlled trial, one-year follow-up ejection fraction 40% or less. Composite endpoint mortality hospitalization heart failure. Individual outcomes include all-cause mortality, passing, For low heterogeneity scores, results introduced utilizing danger proportion (RR) 95 percent certainty stretch statistical analysis using fixed-effect model.
Results: Total two control trial was selected (DAPA-HF [Dapagliflozin] EMPEROR-Reduced [Empagliflozin]) 8,474 patients pooled within our analysis. the composite outcome compared placebo had significant decrease passing (RR=0.78 [95% CI, 0.71–0.84], p<0.00001; I2=0%). Result individual showed reduction (RR=0.88 0.79 – 0.98], p=0.03; I2=1%), (RR=0.87 0.77 0.99], I2=0%) failure (RR=0.72 0.65–0.81], Conclusion: Within one year treatment inhibitor, hospitalization, significantly reduced.

A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials Comparing the Safety of Dapagliflozin in Type 1 Diabetes Patients

Background and Purpose: The dapagliflozin’s safety profile in insulin-treated adult type-1 diabetes mellites (T1DM) patients remains poorly explored. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis compared the risk of all-cause side effects, study discontinuation of participants due to side effects, urinary tract infection (UTI), diabetic ketoacidosis, and hypoglycemia between dapagliflozi...

Reporting trends of randomised controlled trials in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction: a systematic review

BACKGROUND Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) causes significant cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Current consensus guidelines reflect the neutral results from randomised controlled trials (RCTs). Adequate trial reporting is a fundamental requirement before concluding on RCT intervention efficacy and is necessary for accurate meta-analysis and to provide insight into ...
